OUTSIDE SALES REP

We are currently looking to fill 2 full-time OUTSIDE SALES REP positions in the West L.A. and South Bay markets.

Income earning potential begins on the first day. We value talent and believe in incentives and rewards for our sales team. We share in success. As an OUTSIDE SALES REP at the RENT guru, your responsibilities will include:
- Sell our exclusive inventory of properties
- Service potential new accounts
- Respond to and follow-up on client leads and inquiries
- Schedule and conduct property tours
- Host open house hours
- Sell, close and execute lease agreements
- Communicate, Prioritize and Capitalize
- Document feedback from Renters to Landlords
- Sell, close and execute listing agreements
- Capitalize on synergies of Renter and Landlord activities
- Develop new clientele
- Deliver regular reports of activities to management
Desired Candidate Qualities
- Sales experience required
- Ability to multi-task and handle several concurrent accounts
- Strong computer skills and internet savvy
- Data-enabled mobile phone with email and text plan
- Desire to learn and grow in an entrepreneurial system
- Passion for sales and real estate
- Ability to work at home or on the go
- California Real Estate Saleperson’s license
- A good sense of humor and strong work ethic
